The contract involves the cleaning, preventive and corrective maintenance of pumping installations for Municipality of Waalwijk (plot 1), Municipality of Dongen (plot 2) and Municipality of Hilvarenbeek (plot 3). Expected volume of the framework agreement: The Municipality of Waalwijk expects to purchase services over the entire duration (maximum 4 years) of the framework agreement with an expected total value of € 325.000,-. The Municipality of Dongen expects to purchase services over the entire duration (maximum 4 years) of the framework agreement with an expected total value of € 75.000,-. The Municipality of Hilvarenbeek expects to purchase services over the entire duration (maximum 4 years) of the framework agreement with an expected total value of € 100.000,-. Maximum volume of the framework agreement: The Municipality of Waalwijk will purchase services during the duration of the framework agreement, with a maximum total value of € 1.500.000,-. Once the maximum amount is reached, the framework agreement will automatically end. The Municipality of Dongen will purchase services during the duration of the framework agreement, with a maximum total value of € 400.000,-. Once the maximum amount is reached, the framework agreement will automatically end. The Municipality of Hilvarenbeek will purchase services during the duration of the framework agreement, with a maximum total value of € 450.000,-.
