The present contract concerns the provision, operation and support of a "venue finder" platform, enabling the search, comparison, selection and booking of venues for professional events (seminars, meetings, conferences, training sessions, workshops, etc.). Evaluation criteria – RFI Phase: Financial capacity 30% - Ellipro score or equivalent for the last published financial year (weighted 100%) Technical capacity 70% - Client references where the platform has been implemented over the last 3 years (2023, 2024, 2025) (weighted 15%) - Structure & sizing over the last 3 years (2023, 2024, 2025) Total workforce, number of project managers (weighted 30%) - List of partnerships to date specifying: The number of partners listed in the catalogue, The distribution of partners across the territory, The variety of partner typologies (weighted 35%) - Volume of events organised over the last 3 years (2023, 2024, 2025) (weighted 20%) Minimum required requirements: - Candidate's average annual turnover for the last 3 years: 1.5 times the annual contract value (8.25 M€)
