Finland – System maintenance services – Turvajärjestelmien huolto- ja ylläpitopalveluiden hankinta

The subject of the procurement is the maintenance services for the security systems of the University of Oulu and Oulu University of Applied Sciences (OAMK). The aim of the procurement is to establish a uniform operational model for the University of Oulu for the maintenance, servicing, modification and lifecycle management of its security systems. The procurement concerns the security systems of the University of Oulu at all of its sites. The procurement also includes new sites to be commissioned during the contract period, as well as expansions and modifications to existing sites. At present, the University of Oulu acts as the main contracting authority and will reimburse the costs to Oulu University of Applied Sciences (OAMK). During the contract period, OAMK may also have its own procurement needs, such as the renewal or replacement of systems. Seclion Oy acts as a consultant for the University of Oulu in this tendering process.
