Finland – Advertising and marketing services – Sivakka-yhtymä - Osallistumispyyntö - Valokuvauksen ja videotuotannon hankinta

The subject of the procurement is the photography and video production services produced for the communication, marketing and social media needs of the Sivakka Group (hereinafter also "the contracting authority"). The group consists of three companies: Oulun Sivakka Oy, Sivakka-yhtymä Oy and Oulun Tervatalot Oy. The contract will be concluded with each company. The procurement is two-phased and divided into two lots: 1) Photography services 2) Video production services. This notice is a call for participation in the procurement procedure. All suppliers interested in the procurement may submit a participation application through the Cloudia Tarjouspalvelu portal by the given deadline. The application may be submitted for one or both lots. In the participation request phase, bidders are not asked for information affecting price or quality points. The contract period is scheduled to begin on 1 September 2026 and will last for two (2) years. The contract may be extended by two option years. The contracting authority decides on the use of the option. Two service providers will be selected per sub-area.
