3.1. Scope of the subject of the contract

1) The subject of the contract are forestry services in accordance with the definition in Article 6(1)(1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on Forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2026, item 663 – "Forest Act"), including works in the field of forest cultivation and protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and extraction, hunting and agricultural management, to be carried out in the Strzałowo Forest District in 2027.

2) The scope of the subject of the contract includes the total quantities of works in the field of forest cultivation and protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and extraction, hunting and agricultural management, resulting from Annex No. 2 to the SWZ.
