The subject of the procurement is the maintenance service for voice and customer service platforms and additional services, products, and licenses related to the platform, in accordance with this tender notice and the conditions set out in its annexes. The voice and customer service solutions primarily consist of products offered by the Mitel group, including several telephone exchange and contact center systems, as well as other fixed exchange services. The subject of the procurement is described in more detail in the annexes. The buyer has the right to purchase the subject of the procurement as part of its own service production, with which the service is produced for the buyer's customers. The objective of the procurement is to find a cost-effective supplier for Istekki Oy (hereinafter also "buyer" and "procuring entity") to maintain, expand, and develop existing voice and customer service systems. The buyer will select one (1) supplier with whom it will enter into a contract. The procurement contract is to be used solely by Istekki and the contracting parties to the resulting contract are solely Istekki and the selected Supplier. The procurement quantities set out in the procurement documents are estimates, and the contract does not constitute a binding obligation for the buyer.
