Lot A is a construction site of approximately 5,500 m2, on which the construction of a new laboratory building with integrated office spaces, microbiological and chemical laboratories, and storage areas, the construction of a new parking garage to partially cover the parking requirement on the Sipplinger Berg site, and the construction of a central access gate are to be realized.
