Description

The contracting authority is conducting a negotiated procedure with prior call for competition for the construction, signalling supply and service of an FTTH network in the development area "Krampnitz" in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation on the award of concessions (Concessions Award Regulation - KonzVgV). The tender aims to award the construction, operation, service and maintenance of the fibre optic network, using a duct infrastructure provided by the ETP, for lease for 10 years (01.07.2024 to 30.06.2034). The contract is expected to commence with the award of the contract on 01.03.2023.
