The subject of the tender procedure is the selection of suppliers and the conclusion of framework agreements with up to 3 suppliers, whose offer meets all the requirements described in the tender documentation and ranks in the top three according to the order of evaluation of the offers, and that in each of the 3 parts of the public contract in the sense of Section 131 and following of the Public Procurement Act (hereinafter referred to as the “framework agreement” or “contract”). The template of the framework agreement forms Annex No. 4 of this tender documentation.
