The framework agreement will be executed by the issuance of purchase orders. Each lot will be subject to a separate award. The services are paid for by unit prices. The expected services include, inter alia: - Supply of goods as orders are placed; - Appropriate packaging of goods; - Transport in suitable vehicles; - Delivery to sites; - Collection and replacement of non-conforming goods; - Sustainable development approach (seasonality, packaging, optimisation of deliveries, etc.); - Proposal of new products. - If necessary, participation in exchange times, restaurant commissions, menu commissions, educational actions or visits to production sites as provided for in the CCTP. The contractor undertakes, in general, to carry out all the services necessary for the proper execution of the framework agreement, in compliance with the contractual provisions. The technical modalities for the execution of the services are defined in the CCTP.
