France – Development of transaction processing and custom software – Développement et maintenance des solutions logicielles basées sur la plateforme APPIAN

The contract has for its object: - The development of solutions based on the APPIAN platform for the Conseil Départemental des Yvelines; - The maintenance of the PAPYRUS solution, which is evolving and includes corrective, adaptive, and regulatory maintenance; - Services of studies, technical and functional assistance, as well as training services. The contract takes the form of a mixed-price contract, including: · A fixed-price part corresponding to the corrective maintenance of the solutions developed based on the APPIAN platform and the associated telephone assistance. The amount of this fixed part is indicated in the DPGF of the Acte d'Engagement (AE); · A variable part with purchase orders (or work orders acting as purchase orders), issued as needed, corresponding in particular to: · Services for the development of new solutions, evolution of solutions, assistance with the implementation of requests, · Additional services: project management, specific developments, training, personalized assistance for change requests, reversibility…. The contract form is single-award, meaning that each contract will be concluded with a single economic operator.
