Tender for total enterprise contract concerning the construction and renovation of AAB Silkeborg, departments 51 and 57, located in Silkeborg. The project involves the total renovation of 18 double houses, distributed across a total of 36 dwellings for AAB Silkeborg, department 51, and the construction of 18 dwellings for AAB Silkeborg, department 57. The project is tendered as a reverse auction. The total tender sum must not exceed the price of DKK 48,674,200 incl. VAT for AAB Silkeborg, department 51, and DKK 28,380,000 incl. VAT for AAB Silkeborg, department 57 for the turnkey constructions. The project is tendered as a combined project, but separate total enterprise contracts will be entered into. It has been decided to tender the project as a combined total enterprise. The reason for this is that it has been assessed to be the most optimal for the project, both in order to remove interfaces in the project and thereby minimise risk, and to achieve the best solution for the project by allowing the total contractor to make optimisations during the tender period in relation to the overall construction, as well as with a focus on the execution process and schedule. It is assessed that the tender form tender with negotiation can be used in accordance with the rules hereof, since it is a question of a total enterprise, where adjustments will be made in connection with the tender, for which there is a need for prior negotiations.
