France – Urban planning and landscape architectural services – Accord-cadre mixte de coordination et de maitrise d'oeuvre urbaine, architecturale et environnementale ZAE DU NIEL à BORMES-LES-MIMOSAS (83)

This consultation is a single-award mixed framework agreement for the mission of coordination and urban, architectural and environmental project management for the ZAE DU NIEL in BORMES-LES-MIMOSAS (83). The framework agreement is executed both by the issuance of purchase orders and by the conclusion of subsequent contracts. It covers several complete project management missions in infrastructure as defined by Articles L 2431-1 and following and R 2431-1 and following of the Public Procurement Code. As part of this development project, the basic project management missions will be supplemented by urban design studies and urban, architectural and environmental coordination missions. The contracting authority wishes to award the contract to a team with the following minimum competencies:

- Urban Planner / Urban Architect / Landscape Urban Planner (Lead of the Group)

- Competencies in regulatory and environmental studies / Environmental Project Management (if the expertise is not integrated into the lead's agency)

- Ecological Engineering/Ecologist

- Public Consultation Project Management

- Asbestos Removal

- Demolition

- Diverse Roads and Networks

- Hydraulics (Technical Consulting Firm)

The lead must be an Urban Planner / Urban Architect / Landscape Urban Planner in the case of a consortium of companies. It will be the guarantor of the smooth running of the mission. It must ensure the coordination of the work with the various stakeholders involved in the development project and play a role of advice and assistance in decision-making with the concessionaire.
