1. The subject of the procedure is implemented under the targeted grant of the Minister of Health for the implementation of the task entitled "purchase of equipment and apparatus" within the National Transplant Programme through the purchase of equipment and apparatus for lung transplant centres with the highest transplant activity. 2. The subject of the order is the delivery of medical equipment with the technical parameters specified in Annex 4a, 4b, 4c, 4d, 4e and 4f to SWZ, hereinafter referred to as "equipment", along with installation and training of the Contracting Authority's staff. 3. The subject of this order includes the following parts: Part 1 – Transoesophageal probe (1 unit) with the technical parameters specified in Annex 4a to SWZ; Part 2 – Respirator (1 unit) with the technical parameters specified in Annex 4b to SWZ; Part 3 – Bedside rotor (1 unit) with the technical parameters specified in Annex 4c to SWZ; Part 4 – Video bronchoscope (1 unit) with the technical parameters specified in Annex 4d to SWZ; Part 5 – Patient lift (1 unit) with the technical parameters specified in Annex 4e to SWZ; Part 6 – Optical bronchoscope (1 unit) with the technical parameters specified in Annex 4f to SWZ; 4. The above-mentioned equipment must meet the boundary conditions specified respectively in Annex 4a, 4b, 4c, 4d, 4e and 4f to SWZ. Failure to meet even one of the boundary conditions specified respectively in Annex 4a, 4b, 4c, 4d, 4e and 4f to SWZ will result in the rejection of the offer.
