Finland – Construction work – Kaarenhovin päiväkodin yhteistoiminnallinen KVR-urakka

Construction of the new Kaarenhov daycare centre as a collaborative KVR contract. The procurement procedure is a competitive negotiated procedure. The procurement involves the construction of a new 8-group daycare centre at Länsikatu 2, Petosen district, Kuopio. The gross area according to the preliminary brief is 2180 m2. The daycare is sized for approximately 135 children. According to the target schedule, construction of the daycare centre will begin in spring 2027 and daycare operations will commence in autumn 2028. The Kaarenhov daycare centre will be implemented as a collaborative KVR contract. In the collaborative KVR contract form, the project includes three phases: - Procurement phase - Development phase - Implementation phase In the procurement phase, the contracting authority will preliminarily select 3-5 tenderers for the final tender competition based on the applications to participate. The selection criteria for the tender competition are presented in the documents of the invitation to tender.
