Poland – Sulphate of aluminium – Dostawy siarczanu glinu

1. The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of aluminium sulphate in the quantity of 2458 tonnes (hereinafter referred to as the “Product”). Note: The contracting authority declares that it guarantees the execution of the contract to a minimum of 1906 tonnes. 2. The detailed description of the subject of the contract (OPZ) is contained in Annex No. 5 to the SWZ. 3. The detailed conditions for the execution of the contract are specified in Annex No. 6 to the SWZ. 4. Subject evidence: 4.1. In order to prove that the offered Product complies with the requirements specified in Annex No. 5 to the SWZ – i.e. in the OPZ, the contracting authority requires the contractor to submit, together with the offer, the following subject evidence: 1) a current Hygiene Certificate issued by the National Institute of Public Health - National Institute of Hygiene, allowing the Product to be used in water intended for human consumption; 2) the Technical Specification of the offered Product. Note: The Technical Specification should confirm compliance with all the requirements specified in point 2 of Annex No. 5 to the SWZ - OPZ. The contracting authority requires that the Technical Specification include specific numerical values for the parameters indicated in point 2 of the OPZ (in addition to the form). The contracting authority allows the submission of parameters in units other than those indicated in the OPZ, provided that they can be converted into the units specified therein. The contracting authority will accept equivalent subject evidence if it confirms that the offered supplies meet the requirements specified in the OPZ. 4.2. The contracting authority reserves the right to, in the event that the contractor does not submit the subject evidence referred to above, or if the submitted subject evidence is incomplete, invite the contractor, under the terms of Article 107(2) of the Act, to submit or supplement it within the specified deadline.
