The subject of the contract is a comprehensive service of full, daily preparation and delivery of meals for hospital patients and regenerative meals for hospital staff, which includes, inter alia: 1) preparation by the Contractor of meals off-site from the Contracting Authority, at the Contractor's local-equipment base - a minimum of three meals per day with the reservation of special diets determined by the doctor in consultation with the Contractor's dietitian, 2) delivery of meals to the Contracting Authority by the Contractor's transport means, (in thermoses, GN-type containers or other sealed containers maintaining the appropriate temperature of the meals). - a detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Annex No. 11 to the SWZ.
