The IDELUX Group is based in the province of Luxembourg and is active in the fields of economic development, territorial planning, management of economic activity parks, enterprise financing, environmental management, and water management. Our group consists of 5 intercommunales and employs approximately 550 staff. In the course of its daily management, it uses three software solutions from the publisher SAP: 1. For human resources management, the Group uses the SuccessFactors suite available in the Cloud. The solution is used by the staff of the four Intercommunales of the group that have salaried staff. The staff of the IDELUX Group is composed of blue-collar workers and white-collar employees. The Group has approximately 550 salaried persons. 2. For customer relationship management, the Group uses the C4C solution available in the Cloud. 3. For financial management (accounting, treasury, and management control) and logistics (stock management, procurement, and sales), the Group uses the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) SAP S4 solution in its 2023 version. For the development of complementary software and interfaces, the Group uses the set of technical tools provided by SAP with the S4 solution. IDELUX has, among other things, developed on these platforms a solution for managing weighings for its waste treatment centres and its interface with the ERP solution. In its enterprise financing activity, as of 31 March 2026, IDELUX had 156 financing cases in progress, including 65 loans with an Outstanding Balance of 29.5M € and 91 leases with an Outstanding Balance of 200.5M €. These software solutions were implemented between 2017 and 2025 and have since been used by the Group. This contract covers not only the rights to use the software solutions but also support, development, maintenance, and infrastructure services.
