Description

The planned construction project involves the renovation and partial new construction of an additional storey of the existing operational building and the adjacent metal workshop of Stadtwerke Hameln Weserbergland GmbH. To this end, Stadtwerke Hameln Weserbergland wishes to commission a planning team consisting of a building/interior design architect, landscape architect, structural design engineer, HVAC technical equipment engineer, and electrical technical equipment engineer, and to conclude individual contracts with the individual planning partners of the planning team. This is NOT a general planning contract. The building/interior design architect can take over the scope of services for landscape planning (subcontracts are permitted). However, the fee will be determined separately according to HOAI for landscape planning. The following planning services are to be provided: - Building/interior design planning according to § 34 HOAI, LPH 1 to 9 - Landscape planning according to § 39 HOAI, LPH 1 to 9 - Structural design planning according to § 51 HOAI, LPH 1 to 6 - Technical equipment planning § 55 HOAI, AG 1-8, LPH 1-9, - Thermal insulation and energy balancing according to Appendix 1/1.2.3 HOAI, - Room acoustics planning according to Appendix 1/1.2.5 HOAI, as well as special services according to Appendices 10, 11, 14 and 15 HOAI. All members of the planning team submit their respective applications for participation and Appendix 3 (members of the planning team) with the mention of all planning offices involved in the planning team via the DTVP portal. All planners from the planning team must prove their suitability according to the specifications from the notice already in the competition for participation. Accordingly, 5 suitability forms (building/interior design planning, landscape planning, structural design planning, technical equipment planning ELT, technical equipment planning HLS) are attached to the procedure, which must be completed by the corresponding planning partner. Only complete applications will be considered. Double applications (also from the specialist planners) are not permitted. The planning team must submit a respective fee offer ("260113_2543_Betriebsgebäude_Honorar_VgV_HOAI_Arch.xlsx"/ "260113_2543_Betriebsgebäude_Honorar_VgV_HOAI_Freianlagen.xlsx"/ "260113_2543_Betriebsgebäude_Honorar_VgV_HOAI_TWP.xlsx"/ "260121_2543_Betriebsgebäude_Honorar_VgV_HOAI_TGA_HLS.xlsx"/ "260113_2543_Betriebsgebäude_Honorar_VgV_HOAI_TGA_ELT.xlsx") in the second stage of the procedure (invitation to tender). The fee offer of all planners is included in the assessment as an award criterion. Each architect/engineer completes his or her own fee schedule for this purpose. The evaluation matrix/award criteria matrix ("260116_2543_Betriebsgebäude_Zuschlagskriterien_Matrix_TEAM.pdf") is already included in the documents for participation and serves exclusively for information in the application phase. The quality of the entire planning team also flows into the evaluation (see evaluation matrix/award criteria). All planning partners are to present themselves for the negotiation date.
