Romania – Engineering design services for the construction of civil engineering works – Servicii de proiectare pentru elaborarea documentației tehnico-economice fazele P.U.D., SF, D.T.A.C.+ D.T.O.E., P.Th + D.E. și asistență tehnică din partea proiectantului, pentru obiectivul „Sală de concerte pentru muzică contemporană în Municipiul Timișoara”

Based on the service contract, the following technical and economic documentation will be provided: ● Detailed Urban Planning Plan (PUD); ● Feasibility Study (SF); ● Technical documentation necessary for obtaining the opinions / agreements / authorizations requested through the Urbanism Certificate (as applicable); ● Technical Documentation for the Authorization of Construction Works Execution (DTAC); ● Technical Documentation for the Authorization of the Organization of the Execution of Works (DTOE); ● Technical Project and Execution Details (PT+DE). ● Technical assistance from the designer during the work execution period. The completion of the procurement procedure aims to sign a service provision contract for the preparation of technical and economic documentation, in accordance with art. 1, paragraph (2) of Government Decision no. 907/2016 regarding the stages of preparation and the framework content of the technical and economic documentation related to the objectives/projects of investments financed from public funds. The documentation will form the basis of the intention to access funds for Regional Intervention 7.1.D Public Cultural Infrastructures, project call no. PRV/7.1.D/1, related to the Regional West Programme 2021 - 2027 (PR Vest), implemented by the Regional Development Agency of the West Region (ADR Vest) as the Managing Authority. The activities related to this documentation will be provided in accordance with the provisions of the book of tasks, the technical documentation posted in SEAP and the legislation in force. The services will be provided for a period of 240 days for Phase 1 and Phase 2 (according to the book of tasks) from the date of issuance of the order to start / provide the services, according to the award documentation. The contract will take effect until the completion of the works, until the reception at the end of the works, finalized with the approval of the Reception Report at the end of the works. The estimated value is 15,290,000.00 lei without VAT. The contracting authority will clearly and fully respond to all requests for clarification / additional information, on the 12th day before the deadline set for the submission of tenders, provided that the requests are made with at least 22 days before the deadline set for the submission of tenders. Clarifications submitted after this deadline will no longer be considered.
