The subject of the procurement is the 24-month framework agreement for the management and monitoring of information security services for the Helsinki Region Transport (hereafter HSL, the contracting authority, procurement unit), which may be extended indefinitely after the initial period. The procurement will be conducted using a restricted procedure (see additional information related to the procurement or part of it). Therefore, the requirements will not be negotiated. This invitation to participate and its annexes set out the suitability requirements, the criteria for the selection of candidates, the minimum requirements of the subject of the procurement, and the criteria for the evaluation of tenders.
