Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) established under a negotiated procedure in accordance with articles R. 2123-1 3°, R. 2123-4 and R. 2123-5 of the Public Procurement Code. It is defined as a fully electronic public procurement process for everyday purchases, through which the buyer, after competitive bidding, awards one or more specific contracts to one of the previously selected operators. The DPS has a validity period during which any economic operator can request to participate in the system. The present DPS is subdivided into 6 categories - lots listed below.
