The City of Jyväskylä (Temporary Service Agency and all sectors), Jyväskylä University of Applied Sciences Ltd (JAMK), Tikkakosken Terveysasema Real Estate Ltd and Jyväskylän Lääkäritalo Real Estate Ltd form a procurement consortium and invite tenders for the framework agreement for construction and site supervision services according to the tender notice and its annexes for the years 2027 and 2028 as well as options for the years 2029 and 2030. The client will select 4 (four) contracting partners for both. The client accepts the cheapest offers from those that meet the minimum criteria. The tender can offer either construction or site supervision, or both. The client will make a framework agreement for each sub-area with the four cheapest. The construction consultant (project manager) also acts as a site supervisor for small projects. The estimated value of the contract for the contract period is 2 000 000 euros. The maximum value of the contract for the contract period is 2 200 000 euros. The maximum value includes a reserve for the contract period for procurement needs that are difficult to assess in advance and whose extent cannot be reliably assessed at the time of initiating the procurement. The maximum value does not represent the procurement unit's commitment to the procurement quantity, but the highest possible value of the procurement during the contract period. If the maximum value is reached before the end of the fixed-term contract or the possible option period that may be taken into use, the framework agreement ends. The supplier then has no claims against the client.
