Finland, Sweden – Railway-track maintenance services – Osallistumispyyntö, Radan ja turvalaitteiden kunnossapito 2026-2031 kunnossapitoalue 12

The subject of the procurement is the maintenance of the track superstructure, switches, track equipment and devices, substructure and base structures, as well as railway areas, stations and outdoor areas, rail traffic control and safety systems, and buildings in maintenance area 12 ((Oulu) – Lapland) for the period 1 November 2026 – 31 October 2031. The procurement also includes the maintenance of switch heaters in maintenance area 12 from 1 January 2027 – 31 October 2031, and maintenance tasks related to bridges and culverts as described in the tender documents. The services to be procured cover fault and disturbance services. The maintenance area 12 subject to the procurement includes the cross-border section 2280 Tornio-border – Haaparanta north. The detailed area definition and the devices and systems, as well as the tasks and interfaces included in the maintenance, will be apparent from the tender documents.
