The contracting entity needs to have an agile and open system for the recurrent supply of ferrous and non-ferrous metals necessary for its operational and maintenance activities. Given the variability of the needs and supply volumes, and the convenience of ensuring permanent competition, a Dynamic Purchasing System is considered appropriate, allowing the continuous incorporation of new suppliers and the agile and competitive awarding of specific contracts throughout its validity.
