Germany – Cultural event organisation services – Dortmunder Museumsnacht 2027 bis 2029

The Dortmund DEW21 Museum Night is a marketing event organised by the Museums Department of the Cultural Enterprises of the City of Dortmund. The event takes place regularly, once a year, on the second-to-last Saturday in September. The DEW21 Museum Night is one of the largest cultural events in Dortmund and the region. It has been held since 2001 and will take place for the 26th time in 2026. The organiser of the DEW21 Museum Night is the Museums Department. The Museums Department is part of the Cultural Enterprises of the City of Dortmund. The company DEW21 acts as the naming main sponsor of the event. All participating venues run their own programme within the framework of the event at their own expense and under their own responsibility. The Museums Department finances all central organisational costs (e.g. ticketing), the event marketing and, if applicable, any programme taking place outside the venues during the event and not financed by them. In this context, the Museums Department acts as the contracting authority for all services financed for the event. We are looking for a full-service agency that will lead the conception, central organisation, planning and implementation of the event for the event dates in the years 2027-2029.
