France – Repair and maintenance services of central heating – Maintenance et exploitation des installations de chauffage, de ventilation, de climatisation, de production d'eau chaude sanitaire et traitement d'eau des bâtiments communautaires

Exploitation and management of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, domestic hot water production, and water treatment facilities of 58 sites spread across the territory of the Communauté de communes de Parthenay-Gâtine, comprising 38 communes. The contract consists of a firm lot for the exploitation and management of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, domestic hot water production, and water treatment facilities for an initial duration of 36 months, renewable once for 24 months. The optional lot aims to allow for the renewal of the heating production equipment of the school in Secondigny, the exploitation and maintenance of which fall within the scope of the present contract. In this sense, this work service, which is exceptional in relation to P2 and P3 of the firm lot, has a direct link with the main object of the contract insofar as it concerns equipment for which the contractor ensures exploitation and maintenance. This optional lot allows the local authority to decide later on this investment while guaranteeing the technical coherence of the services.
