The contract includes at least: Complete handling of post-processing, excluding incoming digitisation; Logistics: daily collection and delivery service for all incoming and outgoing physical mail items; Outgoing post: processing and dispatch of outgoing post (physical and digital), including registered mail and DigiD-Post; System integrations: setup and management of links with municipal systems, including the case management system, for status tracking and dispatch registration; Support: implementation guidance, testing of the logistics chain and training of staff, for example for the use of franking solutions or dispatch portals; Reporting: periodic management reports on volumes, costs and invoicing, KPIs and service levels. Estimated value: € 740,000,– (excl. VAT) over the maximum duration of 4 years (including options). Estimated annual value: Approximately € 185,000,– (excl. VAT).
