The conclusion of a framework agreement for the cleaning of the school, administrative and technical buildings of the AG Stedelijk Onderwijs Antwerpen (AG SO). The anticipated start date of the framework agreement is set for 6 July 2027. The framework agreement will have a duration of 4 years. The contract includes the cleaning of various types of buildings, such as administrative, technical and school buildings. The school buildings may also house activities other than educational, such as (out-of-school) childcare, cultural centre, administrative services. The buildings are located in the city of Antwerp, with some buildings in Brasschaat, Borsbeek and Burcht. The contract also includes the provision of a replacement pool for short-term replacements of cleaning staff under the management of the Stedelijk Onderwijs. This part of the contract will be considered as a separate lot.
