The Infra-Zeitz Servicegesellschaft mbH has repurchased the rail infrastructure present in the Chemiepark as part of the Structural Strengthening Act. It is largely in a dilapidated state, so a demand-driven modernisation must be carried out in the various sections in the near future. Within Section 1, the measure described in the task will be implemented. This will partially upgrade the entrance area. Furthermore, by installing replacement points, the foundations will be laid to carry out further construction measures within the rail line without disrupting traffic.
