Slovakia – Engineering design services – „Obnova sekundárnej techniky 110kV a 400kV, ROP 110kV a inovácia RIS 400 kV ESt Horná Ždaňa“ - inžinierska a projektová činnosť

The subject of the contract is the execution of a project, i.e. project and engineering activities for IPR "Renovation of 110kV and 400kV secondary technology, 110kV ROP and 400kV RIS innovation ESt Horná Ždaňa" within the scope of: - to provide input data within point 3.3.1 of the UNIKA 2026 Price List for the design of tender prices for project work and engineering activities (hereinafter referred to as the "Price List"), - to develop the project structure – to list the PS and SO, - to develop project documentation for the selection of the manufacturer status: Project Construction -1, - to develop a proposal for the schedule of the implementation of the Work (hereinafter referred to as “HMG”) with regard to the annual shutdown plan, - to develop Project Construction -2 on the basis of Project Construction -1 and according to the offer of the successful tenderer, with whom SEPS will conclude the Contract for Work (hereinafter referred to as “ZoD”) for the implementation of the construction, - to develop the Documentation of the Actual Execution (hereinafter referred to as “DSV”) approved by the Contracting Authority, - to ensure the performance of the expert author's supervision of the designer, participation in the commissioning of the work or its part into operation, as well as participation in the test operation of the work or its part, - to develop the project solution for the fire safety of the entire electrical station in accordance with § 4 and 9 of Act No. 314/2001 Coll. on Fire Protection as amended by later regulations, - to develop a safety and health protection plan at work and to carry out its amendments during the preparation and implementation of the construction, in accordance with NV SR No. 396/2006 Coll. on minimum safety and health requirements at the construction site as amended by later regulations and to ensure the performance of the project documentation coordinator. The technical description of the subject of the contract is given in the Invitation to Tender No. 5120/2024/2 (Attachment No. 2 ZoD), which includes: a) PNI No. 2120/2022/11 "Renovation of secondary technology ESt Horná Ždaňa and 400kV RIS innovation", b) PNI No. 2120/2023/01 "Renovation of secondary technology R110kV and ROP 110 kV ESt Horná Ždaňa".
