Finland – Forestry services – Metsätyöt Kouvolan kaupungille 2026-2028 (optio 2029)

The City of Kouvola is seeking forestry management partners for forest and green areas owned by the city for the period 1 November 2026 - 31 December 2028. The procurement may include one optional year, for 2029. Forest work includes forestry and machinery work in various city-owned forest and green areas, as well as in municipal technical construction and work sites. The sites are mainly in urban forest areas and developed green areas. The work sites are located within the City of Kouvola. Forest management work follows the city's Urban Forest Management Principles and the green area care classification (VYL). The City of Kouvola's forests are PEFC-certified. The Urban Forest Management Principles can be found on the city's website at: http://www.kouvola.fi/metsat. With this procurement, forest work is purchased from contract partners for a maximum of 480 000 euros (VAT 0%). The estimate does not bind the buyer to minimum purchases. The maximum amount applies to the entire contract period, including possible option periods. The buyer makes purchases as needed, and the contract does not guarantee specific delivery quantities.
