The subject of the contract is the provision of services for the task entitled >>MANAGEMENT of SELECTIVELY COLLECTED COMMUNAL WASTE of large size with code 20 03 07<<, from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2027, involving the management of communal waste of large size with code 20 03 07, originating from inhabited and uninhabited properties in the area of the City of Luboń, as well as collected at the Selective Waste Collection Point, carried out through: a) collection by the Contractor and transportation of waste from the transshipment station located in the town of Luboń to the recovery or disposal facility owned by the Contractor and their management in accordance with the applicable waste law, in a total estimated amount of up to 1500 Mg, from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2027. 1.1. The detailed description, scope, conditions and method of implementing the subject of the contract are specified in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ and the template of the Agreement on the public contract, which is Annex No. 2 to the SWZ.
