Poland – Forestry services – Wykonie usług z zakresu gospodarki leśnej na terenie Nadleśnictwa Trzebielino w roku 2027

The subject of the contract are forestry services in accordance with the definition in Article 6(1)(1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on Forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2026, item 663 – "Forest Act") including works in the field of forest cultivation and protection, fire protection, tourist development, current maintenance of forest roads and reclamation facilities, timber harvesting and clearing, and grassland farming, to be carried out in the Trzebielino Forest District in 2027. The contracting authority envisages the possibility of awarding contracts as referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law, during a 3-year period from the date of award of the basic contract. The scope of the services which are the subject of the contract, referred to in the previous sentence, will not exceed 50% of the value of this contract.
