The subject of the procurement is all planning services with the aim of decontamination, complete demolition and refilling of the excavation pit of the buildings mentioned above (Building 15.4, Wings w and y) including the technical building equipment and the laboratory equipment/furniture connected to the building. Building 15.4 is located in a building complex within the Forschungszentrum Jülich (FZJ) in the northwest of the site and consists of 4 different wings (u, v, w, y). Building 15.1 is attached immediately to the northwest. Wings 15.4w and 15.4y are to be demolished to make way for a new building. The wings to be demolished are contaminated and must therefore be decontaminated before demolition. A contamination register from 2020 is available and attached. The contamination register must be supplemented with all the investigations required for complete demolition; this is part of the described planning services. The wings to be demolished were erected around 1964. Wing w is three-storey (BG, EG, 1.OG, DG), this wing was used as laboratory and office space on the EG and 1.OG, the space in the BG was used for building services. Wing y is four-storey (BG, EG, 1.OG, DG), this wing was used as laboratory, storage, office space and for building services on the EG, the 1.OG contains space for laboratories and offices, the BG contains storage, building services, laboratory, changing and storage rooms. The DG is used for engineering. Both wings to be demolished are no longer in use. The buildings are currently being decommissioned by the FZJ and disconnected from the network. The attached buildings 15.1 and Building 15.4u will remain in operation. Technical dependencies on the wings to be demolished are currently being eliminated by the FZJ, so that the planning can assume a technically autonomous building. Before demolition, the building transitions to the remaining buildings must be closed, this is part of the planning service. Quarter 2027, completion of the measure (decontamination and complete demolition) is scheduled to be completed in the I. Quarter 2029.
