Tamási Közétkeztetési Nonprofit Kft. Procurement of Raw Materials for 2026-2027 for a period of 12 months to the consumption locations and quantities specified in the documentation as follows. I. Dry goods, heavy goods: Expected annual consumption (item number: 68): 37969,3 kg 6526 l 9256 packages 2640 bottles 72340 pcs II. Milk, dairy products, dairy preparations: Expected annual consumption (item number: 21): 2550 kg 28750 l 26160 cups 7072 boxes 5050 pcs III. Frozen goods: Expected annual consumption (item number: 33): 24448 kg IV. Meat, pre-chilled, frozen: Expected annual consumption (item number: 9) 21115 kg V. Meat products, cold cuts: Expected annual consumption (item number: 14): 5038 kg VI. Bakery and confectionery products: Expected annual consumption (item number: 31): 13550 kg 112940 pcs The Inviting Party may deviate from the specified quantity by +/- 10%. The Inviting Party draws the attention of Tenderers to the fact that the technical description - if the subject of the contract justifies it and/or the law so provides - may refer to a specific brand or origin, or to a specific procedure, which characterizes the products of a given economic operator or the services provided by them, or to a trademark, patent, activity, person, type or origin or manufacturing process. Such a reference may only occur exceptionally, if it is not possible to describe the subject of the contract in a sufficiently precise and understandable manner. In such cases, the expression "or equivalent" must always be understood under such a designation, i.e. the Inviting Party will also accept an offer with equivalent performance, in which case, however, the Tenderer must prove the deviation and the equivalence in its offer with technical documentation. With regard to the specified parameters, the Inviting Party will also accept those offers as equivalent which have identical or better properties in terms of the indicated functional parameters. According to section 46 (4) of Government Decree 321/2015. (X.30.) on the method of proving suitability and exclusion grounds, as well as the determination of the technical description of public procurement, a tender which complies with any European standard, European technical approval, common technical specification, international standard or any other technical recommendation transposed into a national standard by any European standardisation body, shall not be declared invalid if these descriptions relate to the performance or functional requirements set by the Inviting Party. The Tenderer must prove in its tender, in an appropriate manner, by any appropriate means, that the product, service or construction project complying with the standard meets the performance and functional requirements set by the Inviting Party.
