Bulgaria – Insurance services – „Застрахователна услуга чрез сключване на застраховки“ за нуждите на „БДЖ – Пътнически превози“ ЕООД със 7 /седем/ обособени позиции

Insurance service through the conclusion of insurance contracts for the needs of BDZ-Passenger Transport EOOD with 7 distinct lots, as follows: - Lot No. 1 – „Insurance service through the conclusion of „Civil Liability” insurance for third parties of rail transport means, for the needs of BDZ-Passenger Transport EOOD, for a period of one year”; - Lot No. 2 – „Insurance service through the conclusion of „Carrier's Liability for Carried Luggage” insurance for the needs of BDZ-Passenger Transport EOOD, for a period of one year”; - Lot No. 3 – „Insurance service through the conclusion of „Work Accident” insurance for the needs of BDZ-Passenger Transport EOOD, for a period of one year”; - Lot No. 4 – „Insurance service through the conclusion of „Civil Liability” insurance for motorists for the needs of BDZ-Passenger Transport EOOD, for a period of one year”; - Lot No. 5 – „Insurance service through the conclusion of „Autocasco” insurance for motor vehicles for the needs of BDZ-Passenger Transport EOOD, for a period of one year”; - Lot No. 6 – „Insurance service through the conclusion of „Carrier's Liability – Freight Transport” insurance for the needs of BDZ-Passenger Transport EOOD, for a period of one year; - Lot No. 7 – „Insurance service through the conclusion of mandatory insurance „Travel Assistance Abroad and Stay with Insured Assistance” for the needs of BDZ-Passenger Transport EOOD, for a period of two years.

Pursuant to Article 21, Paragraph 6 of the Public Procurement Act, it is envisaged that distinct lots No. 5, 6 and 7 will be awarded in accordance with the procedure valid for the individual estimated value of each of them, namely through direct award, as their individual estimated values do not exceed 79 998,77 euros and the total estimated value of the lots awarded in this way (7 090,55 euros incl. 2% VAT) does not exceed 20 percent of the total estimated value of the contract (36 356,81 euros incl. 2% VAT). Distinct lots No. 1, 2, 3 and 4 will be awarded through the present procedure in accordance with the procedure envisaged for the total estimated value of the contract, namely: Open procedure in accordance with the Public Procurement Act. In this regard, tenders in the present procedure should only be submitted for distinct lots No. 1, 2, 3 and 4.
