As a public-law entity in the field of drinking water supply, the Wahnbachtalsperrenverband is a contracting entity within the meaning of Section 100 of the Act against Restraints of Competition (GWB). Contracts with an (estimated) contract value above the EU threshold values are therefore awarded by the Wahnbachtalsperrenverband in accordance with the Sectoral Contracting Directive (SektVO). The Wahnbachtalsperrenverband (WTV) supplies drinking water for approximately 800,000 people in the region of City of Bonn, Rhein-Sieg district (excluding Niederkassel, Much, Swisttal, Troisdorf and Bad Honnef and parts of Königswinter and Bornheim), district town of Siegburg and parts of the district of Ahrweiler. The subject of this procurement procedure is a dynamic purchasing system for the procurement of treatment chemicals. The aim of this tender is to establish a supplier pool per lot or per treatment chemical. The award of individual contracts will take place within the framework of mini-competitions.
