Germany – Architectural services for buildings – VgV-Verfahren für Neubau einer Kindertagesstätte in Mönchzell (Unterbrühl) - Gebäudeplanung

The current day-care centre in the Mönchzell district is located in a building in need of renovation. Permanent continued operation of the day-care centre in its current state is excluded. The municipal council of the municipality of Meckesheim has therefore decided to build a new day-care centre at its own expense on municipal land in Mönchzell (Unterbrühl 4, Plot 2518) next to the Lobbachhalle and a club building. The municipality of Meckesheim intends to act as the cost bearer for the planning of the new kindergarten for three mixed-age groups from the age of 2 with a total of 50 children. The operator for the kindergarten will remain the Catholic Church. Parallel to the current tendering procedure for the planning service, the municipality of Meckesheim will prepare the land-use plan for the new kindergarten. The input from the tendering procedure will be incorporated into the preparation of the land-use plan.
