The reason for the procurement is, on the one hand, the current fire service requirements plan in conjunction with the deficiencies identified by the HFUK. The subject of the contract is general planning services consisting of the service packages Building and Interior Design, Landscape Design, Structural Design, Building Services Design (Plant Group 1, 2 and 3, Water, Heat, Ventilation, Plant Group 4 and 5, Low Voltage, High Voltage and Plant Group 7, Usage-specific and Process-specific Systems), Consultancy Services, Special Services. The contractor will be appointed in stages; with the award of the contract, only the basic services and special services up to the design planning phase (LPH 1-3) will be commissioned initially.
