Germany – Construction project management services – Neubau Labor- und Bürogebäude für die Universität Oldenburg Projektsteuerungleistungen

Due to a significant demand for medical research space for the Universitätsmedizin Oldenburg at the Oldenburg site, the State of Lower Saxony intends to construct a new laboratory and office building for medicine, 2nd phase (see perspective) for the University of Oldenburg. The new building comprises a total area of 3,400 m² (NUF 1-6) and includes laboratory and office space, meeting rooms, storage, ancillary rooms and infrastructure areas. This new building is the second of a total of three construction phases on a new medical campus in Oldenburg. The estimated development and construction costs amount to approximately 65,102,000 EUR.
