Development Company Vathorst wishes to conclude a framework agreement with one contractor for the provision of engineering services for the area development Bovenduist by Development Company Vathorst through this tender. All entrepreneurs who meet the requirements are invited to submit a registration. This can be done independently, as a cooperation, and/or by calling on third parties and/or subcontractors. The size of the contract amounts to between €300,000, - and €400,000, - excluding VAT per year, according to current insights. Over the entire term of the Agreement (i.e., all further orders that fall under the Agreement, added together) the size is between €2,100,000, - and €2,800,000, - excluding VAT. The mentioned size is only intended as an indication. The contractor cannot derive any rights from this in any way. Development Company Vathorst has no obligation to purchase and gives no turnover guarantee. As the maximum value of the Agreement, twice (200%) the expected size, amounting to €5,600,000, - excluding VAT, is retained to be able to catch peaks whereby this maximum will be indexed according to the clause that will be included in the agreement.
