New construction of a sports facility at the Comprehensive School (IGS) Hermeskeil, site planning for outdoor facilities according to Section 3.2 of the HOAI: The contract includes all necessary services for site planning for outdoor facilities according to Section 3.2 of the HOAI for the new construction of a sports facility at the Comprehensive School (IGS) Hermeskeil, which are necessary for the proper and complete execution of the planning as well as other necessary services. A commissioning of services from LPH 1-9 is planned. The selection of participants who are invited to submit offers will be made after a formal check of the completeness of the documents to be submitted and the evaluation of the objective criteria described below. If more than 5 evaluable applications from suitable applicants/applicant consortia are received, the contracting authority will carry out a differentiating suitability test according to the enclosed evaluation matrix and invite the 5 applicants/applicant consortia to submit an offer, which have achieved the highest score. In case of a tie, the decision will be made by drawing lots. The invited bidders submit a binding first offer based on the tender documents. After evaluating the first offers, the bidders will have the opportunity to present their offer and negotiate the tender documents during a negotiation meeting. Subsequently, all bidders will be invited to submit a revised, final offer. All offers will be evaluated comparatively. The contract will be awarded to the most economical offer.
