The Contracting Authority awards 3-year framework agreements between the Contracting Authority and the winning Bidder(s) regarding the supply of pre-insulated district heating pipes. During the framework agreements' term, the Contracting Authority's activities in the pipeline area are expected to include: • repair and maintenance of the existing pipeline network • planned pipeline renovations and • expansion/upgrading of the pipeline network. The framework agreements shall support the Contracting Authority's execution of the above and other activities necessary for the Contracting Authority to carry out its supply activities. The framework agreements include, inter alia, pre-insulated district heating pipes, bends, branches, muffs, foam materials, manifolds, valves, fittings and monitoring. This applies to both single pipes and double pipes. All dimensions up to and including DN600 for single pipes and up to and including DN200 for double pipes are expected to be procured under the framework agreements. The Contracting Authority may procure special components, etc. under the framework agreements, if the need arises. "Framework Agreement Annex 1 – Specification of Requirements Part Agreement 1" and "Framework Agreement Annex 2 – Specification of Requirements Part Agreement 2" contain a detailed description of the supply and the minimum requirements set for it. Option: The Bidder must be able to offer automatic alarm monitoring of district heating pipelines.
