In the context of the implementation of a central energy heating plant consisting of 2 heat pumps drawing energy from a geothermal aquifer and 2 gas boilers as a backup/supplement, Dalkia is launching a consultation to design and build the Works. It will be divided into several technical lots. Considering the above, the project owner DALKIA wishes to entrust the successful tenderer with a process design mission (excluding building and geothermal aspects) as part of the works for all the structures and equipment. The mission includes the following phases: Preliminary Design / Definitive Preliminary Design (APS / APD), General Design Project (PRO), Quantification and costing of works (DCE), Assistance in awarding public works contracts (AMT). Validation of completed works (VISA), Works Execution Management (DET-OPC), Pre-reception Operations (OPR-AOR). The heating plant includes 2 heat pumps with a unit power of 2,000 kW of heat at the condenser (ICPE 4735), 2 gas boilers of 11,300 kW and 700 kW (ICPE 2910). The heat network will be interconnected with a sub-station for importing/exporting energy with the existing heat network of the Futuroscope Park. The Process Design mission includes this sub-station.
