The planned objective of the project is to modernise and develop the operational infrastructure capabilities, in accordance with the minimum military requirements/MMR transmitted by NATO, through the implementation of a number of 4 objects and includes the construction of new buildings with the necessary fittings and equipment to serve them. Additionally, utility networks (electric power, water-drain and fire extinguishing system) will be executed, which involve connection to the existing networks within the barracks. The contract duration is 60 months, a period that includes the warranty and preparation for reception and reception of the works, as follows: -24 months, the effective execution term of the contract. -36 months, the warranty term of the works, in accordance with the provisions of Law no. 10/1995 art. 7, paragraph (3). The contracting authority will respond clearly and fully to all requests for clarification/supplementary information before the deadline for submission of applications/offers with 15 days.
