Description

1/ The present public contract concerns services comprising the performance of studies and the supply of equipment intended to replace the current analogue video system with a new system enabling high-performance surveillance in digital IP technology. The services to be performed are not divided into lots. 2/ The present public contract is awarded through a negotiated procedure, in accordance with Articles L2124-3, R2124-4 and R2161-21 to R2161-23 of the Code. 3/ This is a framework agreement within the meaning of Articles L2125-1.1° and R2162-2 and following of the Code. The framework agreement is concluded with a single economic operator and executed by the issuance of purchase orders, for the services described in the contractual documents (under the conditions set out in Articles R2162-13 and R2162-14 of the Code). 4/ In accordance with Article R2162-4 of the Code, the public contract is concluded without a minimum commitment amount and with a maximum commitment amount over its duration (5 years), namely: 1,500,000 Euros excl. VAT. 5/ This is a public contract for information and communication technologies which refers to the General Administrative Clauses for Public Contracts for Information and Communication Technologies (CCAG/TIC), approved by the Order of 30 March 2021. This general document, deemed known to companies, is not provided in the present file. 6/ The duration of the contract is five (5) years firm, from the date of notification. 7/ At the candidature stage, the documents transmitted in the Public Call for Competition (AAPC) are included in the Consultation Regulations "Candidature Phase" attached as an annex to the AAPC. 8/ Candidates must necessarily transmit their candidature (and their offer in a subsequent phase) in a dematerialised manner via the site www.achatpublic.com. In a subsequent phase, the RTM will make the complete Consultation File for Companies (DCE) available to candidates admitted to submit an offer, via the site www.achatpublic.com, which will provide the latter with the download modalities. Candidates must transmit their offer necessarily in a dematerialised manner via the website achatpublic.com.
