France – Library books – FOURNITURE DE LIVRES, BANDES DESSINEES, ET PRESTATIONS ASSOCIEES POUR LES SERVICES DU DEPARTEMENT DE L’OISE

- the supply of new books for adults, new books for youth, new comics, as well as new "accessible" books and comics for the services of the Oise Department, intended to stock the collections of the public reading network's libraries and to be lent to their users, for the documentation of the Department's services,

- as well as the provision of associated advisory and assistance services for the Médiathèque départementale de l’Oise (MDO). The technical characteristics of the services are defined in the CCTP common to all lots.
