France – Construction work – Marché Global de Performance pour la rénovation énergétique du lycée LOUIS ARMAND à Nogent sur Marne (94)

The Louis Armand high school consists of four buildings and two pavilions for accommodation. It hosts approximately 1110 students in technological, vocational, general and BTS streams in 2024. The supervisory staff (administration, technical and teaching) consists of approximately 150 people. The high school is classified as an ERP (Établissement Recevant du Public) of the 2nd category, main type R (educational establishment). Given the current environmental regulations and the objectives set by the Île-de-France Region, the high school must undergo a construction project for the energy renovation of the site.
