The subject of the public procurement contract is: a) the supply of a disk array in HA (High Availability), b) the supply of a backup storage solution, c) the supply of accessories, d) implementation and operational maintenance services for the supplied solutions; implementation and operational maintenance services include installation, implementation, complete commissioning (including the provision and supply of all necessary materials, components, licenses, work, etc.) and training of operators for the new solution. The subject of the fulfilment includes software support services (software maintenance) and manufacturer's technical support services for all supplied hardware (hardware support), which are more closely and fully described in Annex No. 1 to the Contract entitled Technical Specification.
